PSEAH contact & complaint

Whom to contact in case of sexual exploitation, harassment, abuse or wrongdoing within the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC or its contractual partners.

In case of SEAH by contractual partners

The FDFA Code of Conduct for Contractual Partners prohibits sexual harassment and exploitation. All contractual partners are encouraged to create an internal reporting procedure that enables their employees and subcontractors, as well as third parties, to report instances of wrongdoing to the management or to an independent body, whilst guaranteeing confidential treatment and protection against retaliatory measures.

Staff of contractual partners, their subcontractors as well as their beneficiaries who feel under pressure to act in a way that runs counter to the Code of Conduct, or who witness violations of the same, have the possibility to report to the FDFA Whistleblowing Platform: eda.integrityline.org
